I am a Real Estate and Corporate Lawyer, having an experience of more than 20 years. I am practicing on the Civil, Criminal, and Revenue side, right from the trial court to the High Court at Hyderabad, and also appearing in other states. As a corporate lawyer, in addition to appearing in court litigation, I provide legal support and advice to the senior management of various companies on all policy matters concerning legal issues, provide controls and checkpoints by co-coordinating with the legal department and guide the company’s legal team on company’s legal and compliance issues. In the matters of Real Estate Companies:

• I undertake the responsibility of Title Investigation of the property sought to be purchased or taken for development, drafting of agreements,
• I undertake the responsibility of contracts of properties, documentation, registration, court litigation in the enforcement of property contracts, and other property litigation,
• I undertake the responsibility of liaison with Government and other authorities, appearing in land revenue matters.

I also give legal advice on the mitigation of risk and settlements.
